Delivery Information

Scamp and Paw Ltd currently delivers across the United Kingdom.

A flat delivery fee of £3.50 per order applies to all purchases unless otherwise stated.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may reattempt delivery or leave instructions for rescheduling or collection.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations or modifications may not be possible. However, customers may still be eligible for a return in accordance with our Returns Policy below.

 

Returns Policy

We want you and your pet to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Change of Mind

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, pet food products cannot be returned once opened.

Unopened items in their original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Once returned items are received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened pet food products
• Items not in original condition or packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
