These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of products supplied by SCAMP AND PAW LTD.

You are considered a consumer if you are an individual purchasing products for personal use.

If you are purchasing products in the course of business, you are considered a business customer, and these terms constitute the entire agreement between us.

3. Our Contract With You

A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an email confirming acceptance of your order.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you promptly and provide a full refund of any payments made.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we sell and deliver products within the United Kingdom only.

4. Our Products

Product images, descriptions, and packaging shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.
All products are intended for animal consumption only.
Our products are manufactured in accordance with applicable UK Feed Hygiene Regulations and retained EU feed law.
Product formulations align with relevant FEDIAF nutritional guidelines where applicable.

5. Delivery

Delivery charges are displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Risk in the products passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the address you provided when placing your order.

6. Consumer Rights to Refund

If you are a consumer, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

7. Defective Products – Business Customers

Business customers must inspect goods upon delivery.

Any defects, shortages, or damage must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.

Our liability to business customers is limited to:

Replacement of defective goods, or
Refund of the purchase price

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

8. Price & Payment

All prices displayed include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full before products are dispatched.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, you will be contacted and offered the option to continue or cancel.

9. Allergen Declaration

Our products contain crustaceans, fish, and may include other allergens such as gluten.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the suitability of products for their pet.

If you are unsure, you should consult a qualified veterinarian before use.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude liability
Your statutory consumer rights

For business customers, our total liability arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid for the products.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.

The courts of Northern Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising in connection with these terms.
